SECOND PUBLIC NOTICE
Before events, performances and statements in the press today, Monday May 16, 2011, declare as follows:
1. Lie the ophthalmologist who treats me, Mr. Jaspier Muñoz, has told reporters that the bullet that got it was not a tear gas bomb. Its these point to the POSSIBLE argument that the bomb struck me at a greater distance, which not undermined, since in those times, the last thing I thought was to calculate the distance that I was on police, it said in my first statement is an estimate of what I estimate. This is one of the issues being investigated and, moreover, seen from many testimonies by eyewitnesses. The exact distance, or approximately, should be thrown out the ongoing investigation. I thank Dr. Muñoz for all your kindness and understanding, is a professional like few in this country.
2. REAFFIRMS so outright, the criminal act of the police, who shot and wounded me in my eye and fractured my cheekbone in the floor of the orbit and medial, using firing a tear gas canister.
3. LOCATED to the media to have heights of order and professionalism in their work (though some find it hard) and they are talking and telling about my health and my integrity as a human being, as well as distorts REALITY so unethical and capricious. I know this point is to ask almost impossible, because unfortunately the media in this country are far from serious, informative, professional and independent, with few exceptions.
4. Finally, I want to publicly clarify my supposed membership in the youth communists. Indeed, he campaigned in that game until the end of 2005, but totally separated ME of him and his party intercourse, and did not represent in any way, my thought and action, ethical or political.
